At Dazed, we want you to be completely obsessed with your new wardrobe staples. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal to the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment and notify you once it arrives at our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
